Are you allowing people to walk through your mind?  By focusing on the past, we do not allow ourselves to be open to what is happening to us now, at this moment.  Yes we may have been hurt and things may seem unfair.  Yes you are entitled to feel anger.  However, by holding on to this thought that the past was unfair, you are re-living that moment, and that dirt is being tracked through your mind.  Wouldn’t it be easier to let go of the past and allow yourself to feel happy every moment from now on?
