Grilled Chicken and Veggies

This beautiful plate included grilled chicken.  Covered with avocado oil, salt and pepper, and then grilled.

Hassleback potatoes I used small yukon gold potatoes from Sprouts, they were carefully sliced and then used a spray avocado oil, salt and pepper. Cut up squash and red bell peppers and covered them with oil S&P.  Placed in over at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Recipe did not take a lot of prep time and is Whole30 compliant!
