Time for some paleo blueberry goodness. Muffins are the perfect breakfast, and a great treat for when you need something sweet. This recipe is so easy, just add the ingredients together, mix, and fill some muffin cups. I heated at 350 for about 20 minutes. Monitor your muffins and if when you insert a toothpick into the muffin it comes out clean, then it’s ready to go.

1 1/2 c blanched almond flour
1/2 tsp baking pwdr
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 c ghee
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c maple sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c blueberries added after all other ingredients have been mixed
