1 1/3 cup blanched almond flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup sustainable palm oil shortening
1/4 cup maple sugar
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp baking powder (omit for paleo compliant)
1 tsp cinnamon

Snickerdoodle cookies are so fun to make, your kids can help and not mess anything up! Combine everything and set in fridge for an hour or more to allow to chill.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Take dough out and roll into small balls. Roll them in a coconut sugar and cinnamon mixture and then place on parchment paper. Using a spatula press down on the cookies until they are flat and add more topping if needed. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
