Looking within to change what is inside will have a positive impact on the world around you because you are in fact connected to everything. You are all things and so as you heal yourself you heal the world.
When things in my world trigger an anxiety or anger response, I stop, take a deep breath, and use the invaluable practice of hooponopono and repeat “I’m sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you” until the trigger has cleared.
It always brings me back to a peaceful and mindful state where amazingly it no longer seems so bad. Try it sometime and tell me what you think.
