Roasted herb red potatoes with rosemary, parsley and chives. This side dish is easy to make and so delicious!

Red potatoes, cut into fourths
Avocado oil
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp pink salt
1/2 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp rosemary
1 Tbsp dried chives

Take a bag of red potatoes and cut into fourths. Cover with avocado oil, pink salt, black pepper, parsley, rosemary and dried chives. Place on parchment paper and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned on edges. I think these potatoes can go with just about anything including eggs for breakfast.
