Make your health a priority today and every day.  Make time to eat healthy, to work out, for self care.

If you don’t do it now, then when will it get done?

If you put your healthy off until you retire then it will be too late, so take steps now for the better.  Here are some suggestions:
-Take a bath
-Mindful walking
-Cooking whole foods
-Mindful eating
-Reading
-Drinking plenty of water
-Say no to things you don’t want to do
-Find a creative outlet
-Spend time with friends
