Gnocchi Pasta And Almond Ricotta Cheese

This delicious gnocchi came from Cappellos, sold at Nature’s Corner Market.  Check them out here:

Cappellos

I added some Kite-Hill Foods (link here) almond milk ricotta cheese, as well as some sautéed red bell pepper, salt and pepper, ghee, and fresh basil. This is perfect for a fall afternoon meal, and it is rich so save the rest for leftovers!  After you cook the gnocchi as per instructions, put it in the pan with the sautéed red bell peppers and other ingredients and mix together. Chop and add in some fresh basil 🌿 to top it off.
